MEET The team
Lewis has travelled the globe lighting up various shows and events. Constantly working to develop new techniques and effects to ensure your event receives the most versatile lighting. You will often find him onsite making the event look as good as possible
Matt is an enthusiastic lighting designer who loves a challange and the ability to be able to combine his musical talents with his lighting designs. Specalising in live events and theatre production shows he brings his own unique lighting style to any event and design undertaken.
Nick started his carerr in theatre and gradually expanded to all areas of the live events insustry with specalist knoladge in Sound, lighting and networking systems. A vital memeber to the team who makes sure your event is correctly, saftely and efficiently set up and ready to impress.
Tom supports the team here when setting up and dismanteling events but also helps manage the warehouse operations. Working closley with the team his skills are utilised to ensure the equipemt is ready to go at a moments notice and that when we are onsite it is set up and working.
We are fortunate to have someone who is experianced and dedicated to the entertainments industry supporting the warehouse and logistics opperations. A profeshionall who can ensure the equipment is ready to use, is kept to a profeshional standard and can adapt to chainging situations.
Liv started working for us last year as a freelance apprentice helping out on events and learning the industry. She works hard and is always keen to pick up new skills and technicques.
This man has been newly appointed head of all things social media. Bringing a wealth of experiance and passion as he shows you first hand the work that is completed by the team.
Max is the “BLE” team mascot, although you may not see him on your events he works hard behind the scenes ensuring he barks at anything that moves and scrap papers are recycled.

GRT are our go to for anything video or media related! They ensure any video or media element that we need is sorted quickly and easily. With there 1800 square foot warehouse in Birmingham they help service the country.
SRG provide various size custom designed stages, structures & event platforms from big to small right across the industry and country. They are BLE’s go to company for Layher, Prolite and Rigging systems
